These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kh333 website at kh333.club and all associated services, games, features and promotions offered by kh333 ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. The kh333 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all eligibility requirements listed below. kh333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

In addition to the age requirement, you must also satisfy all of the following conditions to use kh333:

• You are a natural person accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant or contractor of kh333 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You acknowledge that online gaming may be restricted in certain jurisdictions and confirm that using kh333 is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of kh333, you must register a single personal account by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested during registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on kh333. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or another identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. kh333 uses verification systems to detect duplicate registrations.

• You must provide your real full name, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and a date of birth confirming you are 21 or above.
• Account passwords must be kept confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kh333 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• kh333 may require KYC documentation — including a national identity card, passport or other government-issued photo ID — before processing any withdrawal or in response to a security review.
• You must promptly notify kh333 support if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or your credentials have been compromised.

kh333 may suspend or permanently close an account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms. Where reasonably practicable, kh333 will provide notice and process any legitimate outstanding balance subject to completed verification.

Deposits and Withdrawals

kh333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳100. kh333 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible. Before any withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must have successfully completed identity verification (KYC). Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw.
• Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be fully completed before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance. Bonus balance is not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met.
• kh333 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. Processing may take up to 24 hours in such cases.

kh333 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonus and promotional funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

kh333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already accepted it, kh333 will honour the bonus under the original terms for that player's existing claim only.

Prohibited Activities and Fair Play

The integrity of the kh333 Platform depends on all players engaging in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds, with kh333 reserving the right to pursue further legal remedies where applicable:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts simultaneously or sequentially to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or obscure your identity.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or AI tool to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit game outcomes in a manner unavailable to a standard human player.
• Deliberately exploiting a software error, malfunction, or pricing mistake in a game or odds feed to generate profit. Any winnings obtained through a demonstrable technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to influence the outcome of a game or sporting event in a way that benefits your wager.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or processing of funds derived from criminal conduct.

kh333 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any account reasonably suspected of involvement in prohibited activities will be frozen pending investigation, and relevant information may be disclosed to competent authorities without further notice to the account holder.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

kh333 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. kh333's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

kh333 reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, kh333 will use reasonable efforts to provide notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a material amendment, you must stop using the Platform before the amendment takes effect and may request closure of your account with withdrawal of any remaining balance by contacting kh333 support.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which kh333 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through kh333's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration.
